- Credit / debit card details are required to secure a booking.
- Guests may pay by cash, cheque, credit / debit card.
- Guests paying by credit / debit card will be surcharged £3 or 3%, whichever the greater.
- Cancellation Policy: Guests cancelling within 24 hours will incur a charge.
- Cleaning cost will be occurred for any persons smoking in their rooms.
- The owners reserve the right to charge for any damage, loss, or excessive housework.
- Only paying customers to occupy the rooms.
- Quiet hours are between 11.00 pm and 7.30 am.
